I bring 25 years of experience across real estate, mortgage lending, sales leadership, and complex deal structuring. Over the years, I've helped borrowers, investors, and referral partners navigate scenarios that don't fit neatly into a box — from traditional home financing to Non-QM, DSCR, bridge lending, bank statement loans, and other capital solutions that require more than a surface-level answer.

My background includes top production at Citi, Private Client mortgage banking at Chase, leadership during the SBA EIDL program, and most recently, Non-QM wholesale lending at LendSure, where I helped brokers structure and place complex investor and self-employed borrower scenarios. Today, as an independent real estate and mortgage broker based in San Diego, I help California homeowners and investors nationwide, bringing both licenses, both perspectives, and a direct hands-on approach to every client I serve.
